Acceptation

So hard to accept one's own's emotions sometimes, especially when they hurt.  Writing or talking becomes a cure to put them in words, to see them, accept them for they are beautiful, they mean I am human and I'm a normal person.  So it is.  Fears, anxieties, guilt then let them go, see them go, watch them go like clouds then the sun brightens again, and the light comes again, the inner light, which overwhelms me, envelops me with love.
